Addison must have ants in her pants because she never slows down anymore! (unless she decides that it's time for a nap) She has officially learned to crawl and loves to pull herself up on anything that she can possible reach her little hands on! She wants to stand all day long and even gets gutsy and lets go HANDS FREE for a few seconds until she plops down on the ground, usually on her behind but sometimes on her face! She seems to not really mind the face plants and just wants to get back to standing faster than she fell. She is a little wiggle worm and is constantly on the move. I am feeling pretty confident in saying that by the end of the month she will probably have started walking without using the couch to guide her. Her newest goal is to figure out how to scream at the highest pitch she can find.

She sits and screams and you can hear her voice give out when she hits a pitch that she can't get to yet. It's not the crying type of screaming it's just the lets get my vocal cords to develop as loud as they can type. She loves it and is so pleased with herself when she can get that shrill squeak out. It's hilarious.

I think that she is really getting excited for Christmas. She loves to look at the lights (as we saw when her Aunt Andrea took us to Zoo Lights last night)

and she also opened her first Christmas gifts last weekend and had a good time figuring out what is in the package and how do I get it out and Oh this box and bag that the gift came in is super cool too! She also attended her buddy
Oskars
first birthday party. She isn't as interactive with other babies as I thought she would be but she hasn't had that much interaction with kids in the first place. She seemed to have a good time though and loved her first taste of chocolate frosting. She almost broke skin trying to get the last bit of it off my finger! Then she had a good screaming in joy episode shortly after which I swear was a side effect of the chocolate! It like she got a sugar rush and couldn't handle the excitement:) I can't wait until her first Christmas!
